What is a good recipe for the grill for a portobello mushroom?
I want to try something different on the grill to make a portobello mushroom..
For example:
stuffed with veggies or rice…

The best thing i have ever done with portobello mushroom is this simple recipe:
Saute mushrooms in butter and garlic until soft then add cream and stilton stir until cheese melts and sauce thickens add a good sprinkle of ground black pepper and serve on toasted bagel. yum yum.
The quantity depends on you. For one portion i use:
1 large Portobello
1 Clove of garlic
100ml double cream
2oz Stilton
Black pepper to taste
