Can you grill stuffed chicken breasts?
I want to grill the chicken, but will the cheese melt properly and will the asparagus cook completely?
Or should I grill them just long enough to get the grill marks then put it in the oven ?
I bought them pre stuffed from the butcher.
YES!
I hammer them flat, about 3/4 inch thick.
roll up some asparagus, diced onion or chives, a LITTLE fresh rose mary, pin them shut with some of those terriaki scewers, throw on the grill and brush with a little soy sauce while cooking.
After it’s done, top with a big slice of pepper jack cheese and let it get melty.
