Grilling fish on a George Foreman grill? How long does it take?
I have lost the booklet that came with the small grill. I was wondering how long to keep the fish on the grill? I figured 3 or 4 minutes? Im probally wrong though. Thanks in advance for any help! Im grilling Talipia Fish.
Thanks nn….I tried cooking it without any oil and it dryed up quick and broke up into small pieces! I tried it with a little oil brushed on it, and it turned out pretty good!
its been awhile since I cooked any tilapia on the GF grill, but I’ve done it before. I recall that I rubbed olive oil into the fillet before I put it on the grill. Otherwise it will get pretty dry. I think it should take no more than two minutes for the average tilapia filet. Try one at two minutes and then adjust your time accordingly after you see how that one comes out.
